These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lalaba’s website, mobile applications, and related services. By using Lalaba, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

Lalaba connects customers with partner laundry providers and delivery riders to facilitate laundry pick-up, cleaning, and delivery.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Lalaba’s services.

4. Account Registration

  • You must create an account with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. User Obligations

  • Use Lalaba only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Do not disrupt, misuse, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

6. Payment Terms

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees for laundry, delivery, and related services.
  • Payments are processed through supported payment methods.
  • Refunds are handled at Lalaba’s discretion based on service circumstances.

7. Service Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Lalaba is not responsible for delays or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Lalaba is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Harming, threatening, or harassing others on the platform.
  • Attempting to disrupt Lalaba’s operations or security.

10. Service Performance and Partner Conduct

Partners (riders, washers, and merchants) must maintain professionalism and reliable service on Lalaba’s platform, including:

a. Order Handling

  • Accept only orders you can fulfill.
  • Avoid unnecessary delays in pick-up or delivery.
  • Handle laundry properly to avoid loss or damage.

b. Status Updates

  • Update the order status in real time via the Lalaba app.
  • Inform customers and Lalaba support promptly of delays or issues.

c. Cancellations

  • Avoid repeated cancellations without valid reason.
  • Notify Lalaba support immediately if an order cannot be completed.

d. Professional Conduct

  • Be courteous and respectful to customers, partners, and staff.
  • Avoid rude, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior.

e. App & System Compliance

  • Use only your registered Lalaba account (no sharing or lending).
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version.

f. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

  • Do not falsify delivery completion or records.
  • Do not manipulate order details, customer information, or payment amounts.
  • Do not exploit incentives, bonuses, or platform policies.

g. Safety & Legal Compliance

  • Follow local traffic, safety, and public health regulations.
  • Ensure your vehicle and equipment are safe and in good working condition.

Failure to meet these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Lalaba platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lalaba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lalaba, its partners, and affiliates against claims or damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Termination

Lalaba may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Any outstanding balance remains payable.

14. Force Majeure

Lalaba is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the Philippines.
